VIBRAGENIX “ Stay Fit and Well” CONTINUITY VALUE PROGRAM:

WHEN YOU SUBMIT YOUR ORDER FOR A FREE TRIAL YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A LEGAL COMMERCIAL CONTRACT AND YOU CERTIFY THAT YOU HAVE

When you order your Free Trial offer or anytime after the free trial, you can request to be enrolled in our VIBRAGENIX “Stay Fit and Well” Value Program. As a VIBRAGENIX Value Member, you will be sent a 30 day supply of all three VIBRAGENIX Energy Enhancing and Weight Optimizing formulas which are used with your new vibration training program. These three bottles will be sent 25 days from your Free Trial order date or from the date when you first instruct us to begin sending the VIBRAGENIX product, and every 30 days thereafter, at the special Member’s only price of $99.95 plus $9.95 Shipping & Handling, a $50.00 dollar savings. This charge will be billed to the same credit card used to order the Free Trial unless instructed otherwise by the purchaser. The 30 day Trial Period includes processing, shipping and transit time.

 

Cancellations:

If you enroll but then decide you do not wish to receive your second and ongoing 30 day supply of the VIBRAGENIX whole body vibration training formulas you may cancel your VIBRAGENIX “Stay Fit and Well” Value membership. If you do not cancel your VIBRAGENIX “Stay Fit and Well” Value Membership, you authorize a charge of $99.95 plus Shipping and Handling charge of $9.95 to your credit card for your second and every ongoing additional 30 day supply of the VIBRAGENIX three formula Energy Enhancing and Weight Optimizing products. You further authorize this same charge every 30 days until you cancel your VIBRAGENIX “Stay Fit and Well” Value Membership. You may cancel by calling our Customer Care Center at 1- (866) 744-6835 Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM PST or by sending an email to service@bodyvibeusa.com. Refunds will not be issued for products that have already been shipped that were not properly cancelled prior to your scheduled auto-ship date. All non-trial offer refunds and exchanges will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Shipping & Handling is a non-refundable charge for non-trial offer products.

 

Return Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with our product, you have the opportunity to return the machine and other consumable or non-consumable products within 30 days of the original free trial order date. We can only give refunds for the return of the complete BODYVIBE Ultimate Fitness and Wellness system minus the VIBRAGENIX bottles which are our free gift to you for trying the system. If you decided to keep the complete system and after the 30 day trial you are unsatisfied with additionally purchased VIBRAGENIX formulas, you have the opportunity to return them within 30 days of the purchase date for that order of VIBRAGENIX product to receive a complete refund. Only unopened non-trial product can be returned after the 30 day trial period has ended. No refunds will be made on sample VIBRAGENIX product included with the initial 30 day free trial BODYVIBE Ultimate Fitness and Wellness System.

 

To receive a refund the following procedure must be followed:

You must contact our billing department to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number at service@bodyvibeusa.com or contact our customer service representatives at 1- (866) 744-6835 Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM PST. Usually, the RGA number will be your original purchase order number with the letters RGA attached to that number. You will receive a response with your RGA number.

 

Key requirements:

(1) The RGA number can only be obtained by contacting our refund/billing department at service@bodyvibeusa.com or calling our customer service representative.

(2) The RGA number you receive must be clearly marked on the returned package. Our returns department is not allowed to process packages without a RGA number.

(3) Returned product should be sent to the following address for Processing after you receive your RGA number: Body Vibe International- Returns Department, 12154 Montague Ave Pacoima, Ca. 91331.

(4) We cannot refund packages marked – Returned to Sender (a RGA Number is required).

(5) Refunds will be issued only to the same credit card that was used in ordering the product.

(6) It generally takes about two weeks to receive a refund.

(7) Refunds for non-trial offer products will be for the cost of the product less a 10% restocking fee (Shipping and Handling is not refundable on non-trial offer goods).

(8) We strongly recommend that you return the product with a shipping method that has a delivery confirmation process. We are not responsible for lost or stolen products.

 

No refunds can be made on products that are returned later than 30 days from your original free trial order date or without a Returned Goods Authorization Number.
